What is Optimum Rewards?

Optimum Rewards is our FREE loyalty program exclusively designed for subscribers with Optimum's triple product (TV with Optimum Economy, Optimum Value, Family Cable with Optimum TV or above plus phone and Internet) featuring valuable and meaningful members-only discounts, access and savings.

How do I qualify for Optimum Rewards?

If you have all three Optimum services - TV with Optimum Economy, Optimum Value, Family Cable with Optimum TV or above plus phone and Internet - you are eligible to join Optimum Rewards.

How do I register for Optimum Rewards?
You can become a member in just a few simple steps. Begin registration. You will need to know your Optimum account number (which can be found on your cable bill) so that you can create an Optimum ID and a password. You will use your Optimum ID and password to sign in on this site to access all the benefits of Optimum Rewards.

I just added an Optimum service to have all three Optimum services. When can I register?
You can register for Optimum Rewards 24 hours after installation of all three of your Optimum services.

What is an Optimum ID?
Depending upon the Optimum services to which you subscribe, your Optimum ID gives you access to great features including Optimum Rewards, email, WiFi, Optimum App for iPad, online bill pay, manage DVR recordings and more.

Once I register, when will I receive my Optimum Rewards card?
You should receive your Optimum Rewards card three to four weeks after you register.

What if I don't receive my Optimum Rewards card or my card is lost or damaged?
All you have to do is go to the Order A Replacement Card link. Your replacement card can take up to four weeks to arrive at your home. Once you receive your new card, your old card will become deactivated. Please note: you will be unable to request a replacement card within four weeks of registration or last reorder date.

Can I get more than one Optimum Rewards card?
Only one Optimum Rewards card is provided per household, but any member of the household is permitted to use it.

How do I receive the Optimum Rewards monthly discount off my cable bill?
Optimum Rewards members currently on a promotional plan will be eligible for their monthly cable bill discount at the end of their promotional period. The discount will automatically appear on your cable bill.

I currently receive the Optimum Rewards monthly cable bill discount. Does that mean I am automatically an Optimum Rewards member?
No. You can still receive your monthly cable bill discount without enrolling in Optimum Rewards. To be considered a member of Optimum Rewards, we require all eligible subscribers to register on our website to activate their membership and receive their free membership card. Once they have signed up, members have immediate and instant access to exciting benefits and discounts designed just for them.

What are these sweepstakes you are always promoting?
Throughout the year, we are pleased to provide Optimum Rewards members with many different opportunities to enter sweepstakes for their chance to win a variety of exciting trips and prizes. Most contests feature a grand prize along with a runner-up prize. Winners are chosen by random drawing and notified shortly after the end of the sweepstakes eligibility period. Members can enter daily for their chance at winning but are eligible to win only one grand prize and one runner up prize every 12 months.

I am moving. Can I still use my current Optimum Rewards card?

If you are moving, please follow these simple steps:

Transfer Your Optimum IDs. If you have existing Optimum IDs, you will need to transfer them to your new account in order to maintain access to Optimum Online email, Online Bill Pay and Optimum Voice homepage. Ask your technician to transfer your existing Optimum IDs to the new account at the time of installation. Or, you can do it yourself by logging into the Optimum ID Management Center with your primary Optimum ID after the installation is completed.

Order a Replacement Optimum Rewards card. If you currently have an Optimum Rewards card, and maintain the required level of service at your new address, you'll need to order a new card. First, make sure you have transferred your Optimum IDs to your new account (see above). Next, log into optimumrewards.com, click on Order A Replacement Card in the upper right corner of the home page, and you will be redirected to the appropriate page for ordering your new card.

As long as you maintain the required level of service at your new address, all other Optimum Rewards benefits, including your monthly discount, will automatically transfer to the new account.
